Pengurus DPD AMPI Kota Lubuk Linggau Melakukan giat donor darah di PMI Lubuk Linggau, pengurus AMPI menyumbangkan darahnya kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan pertolongan dengan mendonorkan darahnya.
Feri selaku Ketua DPD AMPI Kota Lubuk linggau dalam kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan” kegiatan Donor darah ini adalah salah satu wujud AMPI kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dan untuk pendonor darah dengan catatan harus memiliki syarat-syarat yang telah di tentukan.
Mendonorkan darah kondisi badan pendonor harus dalam kondisi yang sehat jasmani dan rohani dengan syarat antaranya:
1. Usia 17-60 tahun.
2. Berat badan lebih dari 45 Kg.
3. Suhu tubuh 36,6-37,5 derajat celcius.
4. Tekanan darah harus berada pada angka 100-170 (sistolik) dan 70-100 (diastolik).
5. Denyut nadi sekitar 50-100 bpm.
6. Kadar hemoglobin minimal 12 gr/dl untuk wanita, minimal 12,5 gr/dl untuk pria.
7. Pastikan tubuh dalam kondisi sehat.
8. Tidur yang cukup.
9. Tidak melakukan aktivitas yang berat.
Giat donor darah hari ini Senin, 23 Desember 2024, kita laksanakan pukul 08.00 wib pagi, Alhamdulillah giat ini berjalan dengan lancar kata Ketua DPD AMPI Kota Lubuklinggau didampingi Ketua Bidang Pemberdayaan Perempuan DPD AMPI Lubuk Linggau, ibu winda. ( M. Rifa’i )
