ditemui di lokasi kegiatan Jelang persiapan siaran Pers AKSI BERSAMA DESA di jakarta selasa (21/11/23) ketua DPD APDESI Sumatera Selatan SOHIDIN yang dalam kesehariannya biasa disapa DAPIT didampingi oleh ketua DPD APDESI WARDIN WAHID Ketua DPD APDESI Sulawesi Barat menjelaskan bahwa, “Disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa membawa optimisme penciptaan pembangunan desa yang mampu mewujudkan kemandirian desa. Namun dalam realitasnya UU Desa belum mampu mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. bahwa substansi UU Desa tidak memberikan kewenangan sepenuhnya kepada desa dalam pembangunan secara lokal-partisipatif, bahkan UU Desa masih memberikan peluang bagi dominasi pemerintah daerah dalam proses pembangunan desa yang tengah dilaksanakan.
Aturan yang ada menjadikan desa sibuk dengan kewajiban administratif dalam pembangunan desa. Implikasinya, meskipun posisi desa bukan lagi menjadi struktur pemerintahan vertikal di bawah pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota, campur tangan pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota mengakibatkan distraksi terhadap kewenangan pembangunan desa yang seharusnya dijalankan penuh oleh pemerintah desa.
Permasalahan tersebut mengkonstruksikan dorongan secara substansi untuk merevisi UU Desa, khususnya pengaturan tentang kewenangan pembangunan desa, masa jabatan kepala desa, Alokasi dana desa dan Kewenangan kepala desa dalam mengangkat perangkat desa”, terang DAPIT menjelaskan.
Sementara itu ketua DPD APDESI Sulawesi Barat WARDIN WAHID menambahkan bahwa Aksi Bersama ini juga menuntut agar Revisi UU No.6/2014 tentang desa ada kejelasan Kami bersama2 pimpinan dari daerah akan mensupport penuh langkah langkah yang diambil oleh Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Organisasi desa dalam mewujudkan percepatan realisasi Revisi UU No. 6/2014 tentang Desa terangnya menutup pembicaraan.
